It has been gently hand polished and ultrasonic cleaned in a mild dish soap, and it has nice shine, is very clean and is table ready. It is straight, not bent, handle is solid and not loose, has no personal monograms or engravings, with no major issues at all. It is hallmarked on the side of the blade TOWLE STERLING HANDLE STAINLESS BLADE.
